We come from a valuation, investment and sales background. So, we understand numbers, markets and people. Property is our passion. We can help homebuyers looking to buy their first home or investors looking to invest in real estate and build a property portfolio.

Our History

IC Property was born for the need good housing advice for locals and immigrants. Invescasa comes from two words combined. Investment and Casa which “casa “ in Spanish means home in English.  A home is where all the connection happens where families are born – casa.

Investments help people create a more financially sustainable future free of stress. Good quality of life by having a finally secured future with income producing assets.

Acquisitions Expert

Domain expert in property investments and acquisitions across Australia with over 10 years of experience in the industry. Graduated from RMIT University Melbourne with Honours Bachelor of Property and Valuations. Qualified property investment advisor by PIPA. Acquired nationally over 600 properties nationally and helped over 1,000 people buy property. Former Senior Acquisitions Manager at the #1 Property Buyers Agency in Australia - company transacted over 3bn Nationally. He is also the managing Director of Top Notch group a development company. Avid reader, tennis player and entrepreneur and highly passionate about servicing clients and solving property related problems.

Jennifer Abila

Due diligence Consultant

Jennifer Abila helps the Invescasa team find suitable properties that align with investment goals.

She conducts market research to identify potential opportunities and analyze market trends. She performs in-depth due diligence on selected properties, which may include financial analysis, legal checks, property inspections, and environmental assessments.

This ensures that clients make well-informed decisions.
